Garnet Hill Lodge sits on a hilltop overlooking Thirteenth Lake in the Adirondacks. The Log House offers rooms with balconies that look out toward the lake and mountains. The Birches cabins provide more private lodging with separate sleeping and living spaces, plus a private sauna in the Tea House room.

Outdoor Adventures

The on-site Outdoor Center gives guests access to 55 km of groomed cross-country ski trails during winter. In warmer months, the center rents mountain bikes, kayaks, and canoes for use on the lake and surrounding trails. Guided hiking tours are available through the Outdoor Center, with local guides who know the area's history and wildlife.

The Log House Restaurant serves dinners made with local and seasonal ingredients, including dishes like Osso Bucco and elk steak. A full breakfast buffet with hot and cold offerings is included with every overnight stay.
